Under this model after getting into the association & tie-up with our client companies we used to provide the manpower to these companies as per their requirement. For this the candidates are trained for 2 to 4 months at Technoglobe campus on the required job skills of the client company & then they are sent to the client company for OJT (On Job Training) or directly on Job as per the technical knowledge & policy of that company.
As the candidate are provided training by the experts who have more than 10 years of experience in the industry & also the candidate work on LIVE PROJECT so the level of knowledge of candidates on the required technologies are almost equal to that of experienced ones.
We source the eligible candidates & conduct the Personal Interview round with the HR of the company. On the basis of that interview, the companies will shortlist the candidates. Those candidates are then trained in depth about the required skills. The duration of the training varies from 2 to 4 months. Along with the technical skills candidates are also provided soft skills training so that they may easily adopt the corporate environment.
