Welcome to Technoglobe Rajapark Center (Director - Mr. Durgadas Thawani) where innovation meets opportunity. When the idea of opening a center in Raja Park was first discussed, we were excited by the possibilities, but also very aware of the challenges ahead. Establishing a new center meant creating everything from the ground up—selecting the right location, setting up infrastructure, building a skilled team, understanding local needs, and most importantly, earning the trust of the community. None of this would have been possible without the dedicated support and guidance of our mentors, colleagues, and stakeholders who believed in this vision from day one. I want to begin by expressing my sincere gratitude to our leadership team. Their timely advice, clear direction, and faith in our ability laid the foundation for this venture. Your experience helped us shape a roadmap that was both strategic and realistic, enabling us to make well-informed decisions during the critical early days. However, starting was only one part of the story. Growing the business required sustained effort, innovation, and constant improvement. We knew we had to build a brand that people would trust and recommend. We focused heavily on student outcomes, placement support, and partnerships with industry professionals. Slowly but surely, our reputation began to grow, and with that, our student base expanded. Our growth has been the result of many small, consistent actions—regular team meetings, tracking performance, improving internal processes, listening to feedback, and most importantly, supporting each other through ups and downs. We celebrated every milestone together—whether it was the first 100 enrollments, our first successful placement drive, or the expansion of our courses.
